1. Terms of Service

• Guests must be 18 years of age or older and have full legal capacity to make reservations or use services.
• The personal information provided by guests must be accurate and complete. The hotel is not responsible for any problems arising from inaccurate or fraudulent information.
• Reservations are only valid upon official confirmation via email or the hotel's system.
• Room rates and service charges may be adjusted from time to time; the hotel will notify guests in advance of any changes.

2. Check-in and check-out regulations

• Check-in time: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: before 11:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/check-out may incur additional charges as per current regulations.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service if guests show signs of intoxication, cause disturbances, or violate the hotel's regulations.

3. Regulations regarding children and extra beds

3.1 Children

• Children under 6 years old stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents (maximum 1 child per room, depending on room category).
• Children aged 6 to under 12 years old will be charged extra for breakfast or an extra bed if requested, according to the current price list.
• Children aged 12 years and older are considered adults and must use an extra bed if they exceed the standard room capacity.

⚠️ Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with children so that the hotel can arrange suitable rooms.

3.2 Extra bed

• Some room types may have extra beds available upon request, subject to availability at check-in.
• Extra bed charges are separate and not included in the standard room rate; please contact the hotel for specific rates.
• Extra beds are not available for all room types – please confirm with us when booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Cancellation Policy publicly available on the website or in your booking confirmation.

Some promotions may not be eligible for refunds/cancellations; please read the terms and conditions carefully before making payment.

5.Assets and liabilities

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The hotel is not responsible for lost items if they are not deposited at the reception desk.

Guests are responsible for compensating for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.

6. Hotel responsibilities and limitations of liability

The hotel is only responsible for the services provided as agreed upon with the guest.

The hotel is not responsible for force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics, power outages caused by authorities, or other unforeseen incidents.

7. Information security regulations

All your personal information is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

We only share information in cases where it is mandatory and required by competent government authorities.

8. Intellectual property

All content, images, logos, and information on this website are the property of the hotel (unless otherwise noted).

Copying or reusing in any form without written permission is prohibited.

9. Change terms

The hotel reserves the right to modify the content of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will be updated on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Guests are responsible for updating and monitoring these terms and conditions at the time of service use.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

Any disputes arising will be resolved primarily through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The competent court in the location where the hotel is situated will be the final court of dispute.
