When you make a reservation, our booking system will send you a confirmation email. You need to pay for your reservation before the due date using one of the following payment methods:

• Online payment via bank cards: ATM or international credit cards.
• Online payment is a quick and convenient method for guests who want to book in advance.

To pay for your reservation:

• The booking system will redirect you to the online payment page. Please follow the instructions to pay for your reservation.
• If the booking system is not connected to the online payment system, we will send you a link to proceed with payment. Please follow the instructions to pay for your reservation.
• If you do not pay for your reservation by the deadline, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation.

Offline payment via bank card: ATM or international credit card.

When online payment methods are unavailable, we will send you a “credit card payment authorization” form. Please fill in all the required information, sign the form, and return it to us along with a copy of both sides of your card and a copy of your ID/passport as collateral.

If you wish to use the card you provided to us to pay for your reservation, we will deduct the amount from your card on the due date. Please bring your card and present it to our staff at check-in for cardholder verification. Otherwise, your reservation must be paid for with a different card or cash. We will then refund the payment to the card from which we deducted the money. This process will take some time (an average of 21 business days) before you receive the funds in your card account.

If you wish to pay for your reservation using other card types, please inform us. We will not collect the amount from the card provided. However, we will pre-authorize an amount equivalent to the booking rate from that card on the due date.

We require that guests staying at the hotel be the cardholder.

We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your booking if you do not provide complete information or if we do not receive your response before the payment due date.

To make a payment via bank transfer:

This is a non-card payment method for guests who wish to book in advance.

We will send our bank account information to your email address.

Please transfer the correct amount to the hotel's bank account. In the transfer description, please clearly state the sender's full name, phone number, booking confirmation number, and notification so we can verify that your payment has been received.

We will contact you to confirm after receiving the payment.

If you do not pay for your reservation by the deadline, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation.

Payment Security Policy:

We do not store any information related to credit cards or bank accounts you use on the website through third-party payment gateways. The web-based card payment system provided by our payment gateway partners is legally licensed to operate in Vietnam. Therefore, our card payment security standards comply with the security standards of our payment gateway partners.
